INVESTMENT PHILOSOPHY

Selective by nature.

Senmar Group approaches investment with patience, independent judgement and a long-term perspective.

Capital is allocated selectively, with attention to underlying value, resilience and the ability of an investment or business to create or preserve value over time.

OUR PERSPECTIVE

Capital has a purpose.

For Senmar Group, investment is not defined by a particular asset class, industry or market.

The Group's interests have developed across public financial markets, real estate and privately held operating businesses. Each requires a different perspective, but the underlying discipline remains the same:

Understand what is being owned, why it is being owned and what may make it valuable over time.

Disciplined Capital Allocation

Capital is finite and its allocation matters. Investment decisions are considered in the context of potential return, underlying risk, durability and the alternatives available at the time.

The objective is not simply to deploy capital, but to do so where the rationale for ownership is sufficiently compelling.

Long-Term Perspective

Time can be an advantage.

Senmar Group does not view every investment through the lens of immediate performance. Where the underlying rationale remains intact, the ability to hold businesses, property and investments through changing economic and market cycles can provide a valuable perspective.

Long-term ownership also allows decisions to be made with consideration for the development of the underlying asset rather than solely its short-term valuation.

Independent Judgement

Popularity is not a prerequisite for value.

Markets, industries and investment themes change constantly. The Group seeks to evaluate opportunities on their individual merits rather than relying solely on prevailing sentiment or the popularity of a particular sector.

Independent judgement does not mean ignoring the market. It means forming a view of value before allowing the market's view to determine it.

Understand the Business

Ownership extends beyond numbers.

Financial performance matters, but privately held businesses cannot be understood through financial statements alone.

Senmar considers the underlying business model, competitive environment, management, operational requirements and the conditions necessary for a business to develop sustainably. The Group's experience owning and operating businesses provides a perspective that extends beyond capital alone.

BEYOND EXISTING ACTIVITIES

When circumstances merit consideration.

Senmar Group's existing interests do not define an absolute boundary around its future activities. Over time, circumstances may arise involving businesses, assets or partnerships outside the Group's existing portfolio. Where there is a compelling rationale, these may warrant consideration on their own merits.

Established Businesses

Full or partial ownership of businesses with sound fundamentals and long-term potential.

Strategic Equity

Minority or significant interests where the economics, people and circumstances support participation.

Partnerships & Joint Ventures

Situations where complementary experience, resources or market access create a sound basis for working together.

Franchise & Market Rights

Established concepts with the potential to be developed responsibly within suitable markets.

Real Assets

Property and other tangible assets where ownership aligns with the Group's broader objectives.

Special Situations

Select circumstances outside established categories where the underlying economics, strategic rationale and broader context warrant consideration.

WHAT MATTERS

Sound economics.Capable people.Understandable businesses.Appropriate risk.Long-term potential.

No single characteristic determines an investment decision. The relationship between these factors—and the circumstances surrounding them—is what ultimately matters.

Some conversations are worth having.

From time to time, business owners, advisors, entrepreneurs and partners may have circumstances that align naturally with Senmar Group's interests and perspective.
